About Echo

Built by Optio.

Optio is a blockchain technology company. Echo is its second product: a new chain, a new token, and a new node network, built to verify what is real online.

Why Echo, why now

A clean relaunch, on solid ground.

Optio built and operates a token and node network, originally designed as a proof-of-engagement protocol. The company is now rebuilding that architecture around Verified Content Valuation, a fee-generating product that solves an urgent and universal problem.

Regulatory timing is the opportunity. The proposed Clarity Act offers a framework to rebuild the model cleanly, and Echo is designed to align with it. It honors every original node purchaser while giving the project a fresh start.

The community stayed. The architecture is ready. The question is no longer whether the project makes it through. It is how far Echo goes.

What Echo is

Three things that define it

Infrastructure, not speculation

Echo is the first L1 chain purpose-built for the creator economy authenticity problem, a specialized layer for platform authenticity at scale, not a general-purpose chain.

Clarity Aligned

Echo is designed to align with the proposed Clarity Act. Emissions follow verifiable work, recorded and attested on-chain, with revenue linkage traceable to real activity. See the disclaimer below.

A real product, a real problem

Verified Content Valuation addresses the bot and AI content problem that every platform hosting user generated content faces. The infrastructure is built to be licensed beyond a single client.

The Digital Asset Market Structure and Investor Protection Act (the "Clarity Act") is proposed legislation and is not yet law. References to Echo being "Clarity Aligned" describe how Echo is designed to align with the bill as proposed, as of June 29, 2026. They are not claims of legal compliance, and Echo's approach is subject to change as the legislation develops.

Technology and AI

AI is in the product and the build.

The Verified Content Valuation protocol relies on AI and machine learning to analyze accounts and extract contextual signals. The Echo chain and its tooling are designed and built with AI assistance, including Claude and Claude Code from Anthropic, working alongside the development team. A lean team moves at a development pace that headcount alone cannot match.
